Ebony is a darling little lady who just landed in MN and is settling into her foster home. She is getting along great with the other pups in the home and is hoping to find a forever home of her very own! Her story: Little Ebony has overcome some amazing odds as she was rescued from a warehouse with her newborns. It took the efforts of many island animal lovers to give her this second chance and they didn't let her down. She overcame a heartbreaking heartworm diagnosis and is now fully cleared and has received a clean bill of health to move forward and find her forever home. Her puppies left the island long ago and now it is Ebony's turn. She's a sweetheart who will smile for you, wiggle her body and loves to be held. ************************************************* Meet Rose - a 10 lb, 10 month old long hair chihuahua mix who is just a little nugget! Little Rose landed in MN and is settling nicely into her foster home - she is getting along with all the other dogs and the cat! She is a cute little nugget who is hoping to find her forever family soon! Her Story: Rose and her mom Rachel were surrendered to our partner rescue on the island. She is a sweet, curious, and friendly little girl who has embraced her extended shelter family, but we can't wait until she finds a home of her own. |

The adoption fee is typically $450 for dogs and $250 for cats, which includes transportation off the island.
